Thousands of coaches from countries all over the world have signed up for the
Full Season Online Training Sessions, but for those that
haven't seen the Full Season Training Sessions before, they are complete
training sessions (warm-up, technical, tactical & conditioning) conducted with a
team. These sessions are then posted on the web site every week.

The five teams we are
following this fall are listed below
College Team
- Follow the women's college team from pre-season, through
the regular season and into the post season.
High School Team
- These sessions are from the boys high school with the
nation's most winningest coach, Terry Michler. Michler has
won five State Championships and won over 720 games during
his time as a high school coach.
Soccer Conditioning
- Scott Moody, the President of "Centers for Athletic
Performance" (CAP), will show two sessions a week from a
competitive club team. One session is conducted at the
practice field prior to the team's practice session and the
other session is conducted in the CAP indoor training
facility.
U13/14 Team
- The sessions for this team will include appropriate
sessions for this age group with technical sessions as well
as sessions based on 11 v 11.
U11/12 Team
- These sessions are from a team that plays 8 v 8 so the
sessions will be based on this plus skill and technique
sessions.

What are "Online Full Season Sessions"? The Full Season Online Training Sessions are actual training
sessions conducted daily with teams of various age groups.
These training sessions are then posted online every week during the
season for you to access as often as you like. They are
complete training sessions (warm up, technical, tactical and
physical work) which will help coaches run better organized sessions
and also will help them structure their sessions over the course
over an entire season.

How many sessions are there?
At the end of the season there about 40 - 60 sessions depending on
the team. Obviously at the start of the season there are less
but more sessions are added each week.

Once you have purchased the sessions, you will have unlimited access

Why "Online Full Season Sessions"?
The logic behind the Online Full Season Training Sessions is that
there are many resources of training sessions, exercises, drills, etc. available
in the form of books, DVD’s and web sites (including this one) but it's
important to have more than just drills. These Full Season Training Sessions
will show you how to schedule training sessions throughout the season with
various levels of intensity depending on the stage of the season. They will
also show you how to design training sessions from start to finish with a
purpose as opposed to just putting drills together haphazardly.
